The concept of "Observation Deck" will be a place where family and friends come together to enjoy a unique vertical experience and a 360-degree view of the vast horizontal park and neighbors. In addition, it will provide a distinct experience in the park to confirm and connect with the progress and history of America and its neighbors all year around where the New York Pavilion was built to celebrate the glory and events of Americas past, but its’ pride has been forgotten for half a century.
